The Hirondo team
Getting inside the firm's voice
Alecia Partners was preparing a public launch as a new M&A advisory firm serving SMEs and startups. The partners had experience, credibility, and ambition — but their messaging hadn’t caught up to their mission.
Hirondo started where it mattered: inside the firm. Through alignment workshops with the founding partners, we surfaced values, tone, and lived experience already present in the team — nothing manufactured, nothing layered on top.
Building the brand platform
We mapped Alecia’s values and audience priorities through market insight, brand audits, and remote workshops — sharpening the voice for both SMEs and investment players.
We rewrote the brand platform to reflect Alecia’s clarity, confidence, and modernity: pragmatic, entrepreneurial, independent. A homepage rewrite with crisp narrative copy, editorial rhythm, and optional add-ons (designer, PR expert) rounded out the foundation.
A launch designed to land
Hirondo drafted a press release built for high-impact distribution through CF News and Fusacq — a clear statement of who Alecia was and what they stood for.
Every asset was built for ownership. The copy felt familiar because it came from within. The story felt true because it was.
A brandbook for long-term consistency
To back the launch, we put together a brandbook to structure and formalize Alecia’s brand identity. It lays down the visual and editorial guardrails needed to keep their messaging and design sharp, consistent, and recognizable across every touchpoint as the firm grows.
A launch that sounded like a firm that had been around for years
“We had the ideas, the convictions, the track record. What we lacked was someone capable of shaping them without distorting them. Hirondo didn't invent anything; they simply made visible what was already there.”
