Three audiences. Three landing pages. One six-day sprint.

The challenge

Meet the team

Traffic without conversion

GeoRide’s paid campaigns brought in high-quality traffic, but the site was structured as a single digital brochure. It tried to speak to everyone simultaneously and diluted the message for everyone.

Three personas, three distinct narratives

Distributors, professional installers, and everyday riders have completely different pain points and language. Attempting to address all three on one page was a structural compromise.

Fluid commercial offers

Several pricing packages and bundles were evolving mid-sprint. Since the checkout block is the most critical conversion element, we couldn’t just use a generic placeholder while waiting.

An unannounced design shift

In the middle of the project, GeoRide updated their visual direction. To keep the timeline on track, we had to adapt our workflow so their team could handle UI design while we protected the conversion architecture.

The CRO Thesis: From generic traffic to intent-based funnels

Most brands treat landing pages as digital brochures they list features, showcase product photos, and hope the user does the cognitive work of figuring out why it matters. In high-stakes categories like motorcycle security, this passive approach fails.

Distributors care about stock rotation, margin, and reliability. Installers care about wiring diagrams, support, and assembly times. Everyday riders care about theft prevention and ease of use. If your page doesn’t address these specific anxieties in the first three seconds, the user bounces. Our mission wasn’t just to make GeoRide’s pages pretty; it was to build three distinct cognitive paths where every headline, reassurance block, and CTA directly mirrors the buyer’s mental state.

Deep-dive kickoff and audience mapping

We started with a meticulous business deep dive. GeoRide had done excellent strategic groundwork: they identified three key buyer personas, mapped their specific pain points, and drafted tailored product responses. But this strategic intelligence was sitting in Google Docs and Notion tables — it wasn’t yet translated into a conversion funnel. Our job was to turn these raw inputs into a working logical sequence that could capture traffic and drive action.

Pierre brought three years of direct experience in the motorcycle industry to this kickoff. We didn’t waste time researching basic rider jargon, distributor margins, or installer habits — we already spoke the buyer language. Together with Flore, the team audited the product mechanics, analyzed user friction points, and clarified the core promise for each audience before sketching a single layout.

Designing the persuasion sequence

Before writing a word of copy, we mapped the cognitive sequence for all three pages. The objective was to build a rigorous persuasion flow: cap attention instantly, clarify the core value prop, demonstrate immediate value, present progressive benefits, handle specific objections, and provide reassurance. We designed each block to perform a distinct psychological job in the user’s decision-making process.

We presented these initial wireframe structures directly to GeoRide’s team, including Débora and Antoine. We didn’t show finished visuals; we focused entirely on the logic of information hierarchy. This allowed us to challenge business assumptions, refine block order based on their field feedback, and get full strategic alignment before entering production.

Messaging tailored to the user's worldview

Once the wireframes were validated, copywriting began in earnest. Flore and Pierre worked in tight synchronization to write headlines, argument blocks, and reassurance copy for each persona. We didn’t write general promotional slogans — we wrote precise, benefit-driven copy addressing the specific anxieties and goals of each target audience.

We wrote the copy directly into layouts rather than handing over flat text documents. This allowed us to immediately check copy length, visual flow, and reading rhythm. The design and copy evolved in tandem, ensuring that when we presented the copy to GeoRide, they could immediately see how it would look in a real browsing experience.

Designing CTAs around evolving bundles

A key challenge during the project was that some of GeoRide’s core commercial packages and product bundles were not yet fully defined on their side. Because the pricing and call-to-action block is the single most critical area on a conversion page, we couldn’t simply drop in a generic placeholder and move on.

We chose to wait for GeoRide to align their internal offer structures, and then worked closely with them to simplify and present these bundles. Once the commercial structures were set, we designed custom CTA blocks that made their pricing easy to understand, turning an internal business complexity into an intuitive user path.

Figma layouts with clear conversion intent

While the initial scope focused heavily on strategy and copy, we knew that plain wireframes wouldn’t give GeoRide the visual projection they needed. Flore built high-fidelity layouts in Figma to show exactly how the structure, copy, and visual cues would look in a real browser environment.

Using specialized design accelerators, Flore constructed clean, mobile-first visual layouts. We integrated social proof, partner logos, and structured product callouts. This rapid prototyping gave GeoRide an interactive blueprint of the pages, making it easy to validate the look and feel before passing them to development.

Adapting to an unannounced design shift

In the middle of the sprint, GeoRide began updating their internal design system and mobile branding. Because this visual shift was not planned at kickoff, our newly constructed Figma designs suddenly didn’t align with their future direction. Rather than delay the launch or force an outdated style, we immediately adapted our collaboration model.

GeoRide chose to preserve 100% of our copywriting, block hierarchy, and CRO sequencing, but decided to integrate their new branding internally. This split-workflow approach was highly efficient: their internal design team applied their updated visual guidelines directly, while we focused on auditing the final pages to protect the underlying conversion logic.

Protecting the conversion logic during build

Once GeoRide’s internal team finished importing our structures into their new design templates, Pierre and Flore performed a detailed CRO review. We noticed that during their design adaptations, some critical conversion anchors had drifted: high-impact reassurance blocks were accidentally omitted, some copywriting sequences were broken up, and key trust signals had lost their visual prominence.

We didn’t challenge their new aesthetic choices — we corrected the conversion flow. Pierre and Flore conducted precise layout adjustments, restoring the correct block order, re-integrating missing value propositions, and fine-tuning spacing. This collaborative iteration ensured the final, beautifully branded pages still functioned as high-performance conversion tools.

Three pages. Six days. Pages that hold their conversion logic.

Three conversion-ready landing pages, each targeting a distinct buyer audience live on Shopify, mobile and desktop, delivered in six working days including a full mid-sprint rebuild. GeoRide now owns a CRO foundation they can test, iterate, and defend with conversion logic not just nice design. Structured A/B testing is scheduled for H2 2026 once traffic data matures.
