Hirondo x Jamespot

The Challenge

Meet the team

An acquisition flow to unblock

Not enough demo requests, and too irregular a flow, to keep the sales team busy.

A B2B marketing function to structure

Laying the foundations of a B2B marketing function closely aligned with sales, where everything still needed to be built.

A targeting strategy to define

Clear ICPs (hospitals, local authorities) and the right tools to leverage (Clay, Pipedrive).

A handover challenge

Onboarding the new marketing hire onto a machine that’s already up and running.

The Hirondo team on this mission

A senior consultant deployed in commando mode to structure the growth machine and make it self-sufficient.

Scoping & Sourcing

Defining who to target (and who to exclude). Split into two priority sectors (hospitals and local authorities), filterable ICPs, TAM sourced on Pharow, then LinkedIn audiences built by sector.

Goal: Capture public-sector decision-makers’ attention with concrete social proof and dynamic formats.

When our Growth lead left, we were suddenly stuck with five salespeople who had almost no demo requests left to work. It was paralysis. We didn't have time to run a three-month hiring process. Hirondo responded immediately: Patrice was in our offices within days, hands-on, ready to get the acquisition machine running again.

Exposure & Signals

Starting from what already existed: Jamespot’s video customer testimonials are cut into short clips (Opus.clip) for LinkedIn awareness campaigns, complemented by AI-produced lead magnets (Gamma). Clay enriches contacts and identifies companies visiting the site, even without a form fill. These signals trigger a nurturing sequence in lemlist.

Goal: Capture enterprise-account interest at the exact moment they’re evaluating a purchase.

Patrice isn't here for theory or to sell us audit slide decks. Thankfully, he showed up with his own tools, wired up the pipes between Snitcher, Clay, and our Pipedrive CRM, and within just a few days our sales reps were receiving highly qualified alert cards on the town halls and hospitals visiting our site. It's pure sales engineering, executed with no fuss and devastatingly effective.

Handover & Autonomy

Making the internal team self-sufficient: documented stack, formalized processes, and onboarding for the new marketing hire onto a machine that’s already running. In the end, Jamespot has a system that works and a team capable of keeping it alive.

What impressed me most was his commitment to knowledge transfer. Consultants often keep their secrets to stay indispensable. Patrice, on the other hand, documented everything meticulously. The day our new permanent Growth hire joined internally, they inherited a battle-tested machine, ready to go and perfectly tuned. He's the anti-typical-consultant, and that's exactly what we needed to stay self-sufficient.

Immediate Impact, Lasting Foundations

As Jamespot was structuring its B2B marketing, Hirondo laid concrete foundations: clear targeting, an orchestrated stack, documented processes. Rather than a one-off boost, the mission put in place a system that the new marketing hire could pick up as soon as they arrived.

That's the logic of the Hirondo model: build a lasting system, then hand it over to the internal team.

“The handover with Patrice was exemplary. I inherited a modern acquisition tech stack, fully configured and perfectly documented. His onboarding coaching saved me months of ramp-up.”
